LUIS VICENS
Luis joined KBV as CEO in 2022. He came from various positions at Hilding Anders and Grupo Gallardo Balboa (portfolio companies of Candover, Arle Capital and KKR). Previously he had worked both in Spain and abroad at Schneider Electric and Danone, both Euro Stoxx 50 companies. Luis holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE and completed a Management Development Program at IESE.
JUAN A. ANDÚJAR
Juan A is CFO and IT Director, joining KBV in 2022. Before joining the Group, he worked as CFO at Grupo OM Comunicación Visual and Araven (portfolio companies of Nazca and GED Capital), leading their professionalization process. Previously, he was management controller at Schindler, working both in Spain and France. Juan A holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, having completed a management development program at IESE.
SERGI FERRE
Sergi joined KBV in March 2022 as Commercial Director. Previously he worked 8 years in Salgar and more than 11 years in Roca, always exercising responsibilities in the commercial and business development department. Sergi has a degree in Business Administration and Management from UAB. He also studied a degree in International Management at the University of Mannheim with a scholarship from the EU’s 4 Motors of Europe program and in 2012 he completed an Executive MBA at Esade.
JAVIER LAZCOZ
Javier joins KBV as COO in 2024 after an extensive professional career in Automotive, Agri-Food, Aeronautics and Bathroom/Shower Furniture, developing responsibilities such as Management and Industrial, Technical and Plant Direction. He has worked in DELPHI Automotive Systems, Mondragon Group, PLANASA, ICER BRAKES, AERNNOVA and FIORA. Javier is an Electronic Technical Engineer (MU) and has a Master’s Degree in Senior Management of Agri-Food Companies (UPNA).
